• How much does a typical project cost?

  Every project is different, but most websites land in a clear, fixed-price range we'll share on the first call. You'll see the full cost, and exactly what's included, before any work begins. No surprises.

• How long does a website take to launch?

  Simple starter sites can launch in as little as 2 weeks. Most websites and online stores ship in 4 to 8 weeks, and bigger custom builds with booking, integrations, or e-commerce run 8 to 12 weeks. You'll get a launch date in writing as part of your plan before we start.

• What happens after launch, do you offer ongoing support?

  Yes. Every project includes a 30-day fix window after launch. If anything is broken or off, we fix it. After that, you can keep us on a small monthly retainer for updates, content edits, monitoring, and new features, or just come back when you need us.

• Do you build on a specific platform?

  We pick the right tool for your business, not the one that's easiest for us. We work across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, and fully custom builds when off-the-shelf doesn't fit. As a software studio, we also build custom dashboards, booking systems, internal tools, and AI-powered features that go beyond a typical website.

• Can you help with our existing site instead of starting over?

  Absolutely. A lot of our work is redesigns, migrations, and fixes on top of what you already have. We'll audit the current site, keep what's working, and rebuild what isn't, usually faster and cheaper than starting from scratch.

• Do you also handle SEO and paid ads?

  Yes. We offer search engine optimization, including AI search optimization (AEO), so assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews recommend you, and managed advertising on Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Both are built around reaching your ideal customers, and both come with plain-English monthly reporting tied to real leads.
