This policy explains what information Sprint Build LLC collects when you use sprintbuild.com, what we do with it, and the rights you have over your data. We've written it in plain English, not legal jargon.
Who we are
Sprint Build LLC (“Sprint Build”, “we”, “us”) is a small digital studio based in Plano, Texas, USA. We design and build websites, online stores, and digital tools for businesses across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and worldwide.

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The project description you write
- Optionally: a project type you select from a dropdown
You give us this information directly. We do not buy, scrape, or trade for it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server-log information that almost any website creates:
- Your IP address
- Your browser type and operating system
- The pages you visit and the time of each visit
- The website (if any) that referred you to us
This is standard server logging. We use it to keep the site running, prevent abuse, and apply rate limits to the contact form.
Cookies
sprintbuild.com does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that identify you personally. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
How we use your information
We use what you share with us to:
- Reply to your inquiry
- Send you a project plan, quote, or proposal if you ask for one
- Keep records of our communication for the duration of any working relationship
- Run and protect the website (server logs, abuse prevention)
We do not:
- Sell your personal information to anyone
- Trade or share it with marketing partners
- Add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent
- Use your information for purposes you didn't agree to
Who we share your information with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to operate the site. Each one only sees the information needed to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy commitments:
- Resend — sends us your contact-form message as transactional email. Resend privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts the website itself. Vercel privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — handles DNS, edge caching, and serves the static images you see on the site. Cloudflare privacy policy.
We may also share your information when required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request) or when necessary to protect our rights, your rights, or the safety of others.
How long we keep your information
- Form submissions: kept in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is useful — typically until a project ends, or twelve (12) months after the last contact, whichever comes sooner.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short rolling window (typically 30–90 days) before being aggregated or deleted.
- If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within thirty (30) days, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correctinformation that's inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your information from our systems
- Opt outof any future marketing (we don't currently send any)
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable, machine-readable format
- Lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator if you believe we've handled your information improperly
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sprintbuild.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You won't be charged a fee, and asking us to do any of the above won't affect any services we're currently providing to you.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your information with modern industry-standard practices: HTTPS encryption everywhere, server-side rate limiting on the contact form, honeypot fields against automated abuse, and access controls on the email inbox where form submissions land.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and to be transparent if anything ever goes wrong.
International transfers
Sprint Build LLC operates from the United States, and our service providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend) operate global infrastructure. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By submitting our contact form, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post a notice on the site for material changes. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
